About the Job
The Interior District Coordinator serves as AGC of Alaska鈥檚 primary staff representative in
羞羞视频 and Interior Alaska and works closely with the Anchorage office to support
members, programs, training, events and day-to-day operations.
The role independently manages the 羞羞视频 office and coordinates regional activities,
exercising initiative, sound judgment and strong organizational skills. The successful
candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable identifying needs, taking ownership of
projects and following through with limited day-to-day supervision.
This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position
as 羞羞视频 operations, member engagement and organizational needs expand.

What You鈥檒l Do
鈥 Manage day-to-day operations of the AGC 羞羞视频 office, including reception,
phone coverage, supplies, vendors, IT and copier services, room rentals, records and

鈥 Serve as a primary point of contact for AGC members throughout Interior Alaska,
responding to requests, providing information and connecting members with AGC
staff and resources.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Looking for a communications role where no two days are the same, and your work genuinely makes a difference for students, faculty, alumni, and the broader 羞羞视频 community? The UAF College of Business and Security Management (CBSM) is seeking a creative, driven, and collaborative Communications Specialist. This position leads outreach and social media efforts, including developing weekly e-newsletters and planning content across multiple platforms. The role maintains accurate contact lists, tracks campaign performance, oversees digital signage, produces blog posts, and manages an online job board that connects employers with students and alumni.
The position plays a central role in supporting CBSM's signature events, including the Arctic Innovation Competition and Business Leader of the Year, as well as a variety of student and community programs. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, keeping event webpages current, coordinating event communications, and serving as a primary point of contact to ensure seamless logistics before, during, and after each event.
Marketing management is equally important to this role. The Communications Specialist maintains website content, manages photo assets, supports video production, and mentors student marketing assistants on editing projects. The position works closely with CBSM student organizations to provide marketing guidance and ensures all materials meet UAF brand standards.
Content creation encompasses flyers, degree maps, advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and event programs. The Communications Specialist prioritizes clarity, accuracy, and consistency with CBSM and UAF branding while serving as a resource for faculty and staff communications. This role also contributes directly to student recruitment and retention through compelling, high-quality materials.
Finally, the Communications Specialist serves as CBSM's Public Information Officer (PIO), representing the college on the UAF PIO committee. The position develops press releases and public service announcements in coordination with University Relations, ensuring all communications authentically reflect CBSM's mission and uphold UAF's institutional standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, graphic design, public relations, journalism,
communications, or a related field and three years of progressively responsible experience
relevant to the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This position is an entry-level position providing day-to-day administrative support in human resources, payroll, and fiscal/accounting operations for the College of Natural Science and Mathematics. Working under established processes, this position assists with day-to-day employment, payroll and fiscal activities.
This position provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in human resources,
accounting, payroll and university administrative functions. Approximately 50% of
the position's responsibilities support HR functions with the remaining 50% supporting
fiscal activities.
The successful candidate will assists with routine employment and payroll processes,
recruitment support, appointment documentation, pre-payroll review, labor distribution,
and related administrative activities. They will receive training in applicable University
of Alaska systems, procedures, and processes and will progressively develop the knowledge
and skills necessary to perform the full range of assigned duties.
The position works under the direct supervision of the CNSM HR Manager and indirectly
with the Fiscal Manager as appropriate. The position is expected to follow established
procedures, maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, and seek

CNSM has around 200 employees during the academic year with an additional 60 faculty
whose assignments are split with a research institute.

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and administrative oversight for
Wasilla Youth Soccer Association (WYSA). This position is responsible for the

The Juneau School District, located in Southeast Alaska, is accepting applications
for the Chief Financial Officer position. The Juneau School District offers a wide
and varied educational program to students in preschool through grade twelve. Enrollment
is approximately 4,000 students with 700 employees.
SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer serves as the district's chief financial strategist and
principal advisor to the Superintendent and Board of Education on all fiscal and operational
matters. The CFO leads the district's financial planning efforts, including annual
budget development, long-range fiscal sustainability planning, capital planning, contract
management, and financial compliance. The position provides leadership and oversight
for Finance, Payroll, and Food Service operations while ensuring responsible stewardship
of public resources in support of student success. The CFO regularly communicates
financial information and recommendations to the School Board, municipal partners,

Minimum Qualifications:
