Outstanding Student of the Year

Every year the College of Liberal Arts asks each department to select their outstanding student(s) for that year- students who possess the passion and creativity for new discoveries and scholarship, students who demonstrate independence of thought and action in the pursuit of knowledge, and students who exemplify excellence.

Outstanding BA Student

"in justice, we learn to see things from the perspective of the public, the police, and other countries. A lot of assignments have us take what we know and critically think about how it can be applied to improve justice. Seeing things from various perspectives can be used in everyday life to improve understanding, and critical thinking improves decision-making."
